Learned helplessness is not an excuse. We went over it four times in class. You had no questions. You posted no questions to the class space under any of your Period posts. You have my email and did not email me. Clearly I have no sympathy. Catch up in weeks two and three. You know you can do it; it's just up to you to decide if you are going to do it.
QUESTION 1: THE analogy Jesse made between working as a defense lawyer and war was very appropriate.With him being a veteran from the Vietnam war it was typical for him to compare his job a defense attorney to war. the comparison was very appropriate because as describe in the text the work of a defense attorney is grimy like war. I would be a defense attorney because i want to keep people out of jail and that is what they do. i would also like to be a defense attorney because they make more money then a prosecution attorney
